For one day only - Tuesday, February 19th 2013 - Neumann will receive a donation for every purchase made at the HomeMade Pizza Co. store at 5303 N. Clark St. in Chicago! Let's turn pizza dough into Neumann dough.  Hope to see you on the 19th!.

Thank you to everyone who supported the 2012 Holiday Gift Drive!

January 2013 - A big thank you to our generous donors and volunteers who made the 2012 Holiday Gift Drive possible! Thanks to you we were able to provide each and every individual living in our residential homes with a special holiday present. This year we had over 100 people generously donate clothing, gift cards, and presents. In addition 30 volunteers wrapped presents at Neumann on Saturday, December 15th.

For anyone unfamiliar with our gift drive, each year Neumann organizes donations of almost 200 presents for the individuals who live in our community homes. Many of these individuals have no family outside Neumann and would not otherwise receive a gift. 2012 was the seventh annual gift drive and a great success!

October 2012 - Neumann Family Services was represented by Ira Stevanovic, Residential Admissions Specialist, at the Special Olympics of Illinois Families Conference on October 13, 2012! For more details on the conference see the attached flyer or visit the Special Olympics Illinois website here!

September 2012 - Thank you to everyone who attended Board of Directors member Garrett FitzGerald's birthday party on September 27, 2012! As a guest bartender, Garrett donated all his tips back to Neumann Family Services' Developmental Training (DT) program. The evening raised over $400 for the DT program!

With your help we raised over $200 for our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program. These funds will directly benefit individuals with chronic mental illness. Find out more about our PSR program.

Exquisite Art Show

 Thank you to everyone who joined Neumann Family Services for our Exquisite Art show, generously hosted by Corepower Yoga Bucktown, on April 5, 2012. The show was a tremendous success and featured Neumann's artists creating live sketches, including drawings of a yoga student who modeled yoga poses. The interactive experience was wonderful and a great conversation starter. The themes of the show were peace, balance, harmony and understanding and materials included graphite, charcoal, oil pastel and paint on paper and cloth.

Neumann Family Services is a proud supporter of creative expression. 100 Thanksgiving Turkeys!!!

Thanks to our Northcenter Chamber of Commerce partner, Guaranteed Rate Mortgage, Neumann Family Services received a donation of 100 turkeys just in time for Thanksgiving. 

We are so thankful for this generous donation.
